How do you handle returns and refunds?
To Start Return Process You Have 14 Days From Date Of Shipment Delivery, You Need To Send Us Full Order Details, Reason For The Return, State Of The Item, Opened Or Not, With Tickets And Labels Or Not. Then We Will Send You A Return Label (DHL Express) To Return The Item To Our Logistical Warehouse, Upon Recieving And Checking The Item , We Will Issue The Refund To You And In Case The Mistake Is From Our Side We Will Cover Shipping Charges, If Not The Return Shipping Will Be Deducted From The Refund Total Amount.

At Italian Luxury Group, we strive to provide a seamless and enjoyable shopping experience. Our returns policy is designed to ensure customer satisfaction while maintaining the quality and integrity of our products.

Change of Mind Returns

We offer a 7-day return window for change-of-mind purchases, provided that:

  • The item is unused, unworn, and in its original, sealed packaging with all tags attached.
  • The product is in resaleable condition.
  • The item is not part of our exclusions list (see below).
  • For orders shipped from our warehouse with destination metro area in the main cities in Australia, these are the costs that we will deduct from the refundable amount. $20 shipping cost plus $ 10 on the handling fees on standard orders. For other destinations the costs will be calculated at the moment. 

    For suppliers based in Us and Eu, the costs will be calculated at the time. The shipping costs paid by the customer are a contribution and not the real cost paid by us.

Important Notes:

  • A refund or exchange must be requested within 30 days of purchase, accompanied by valid proof of purchase.
  • Italian Luxury Group reserves the right to decline refunds for change-of-mind returns. In such cases, we may offer an exchange based on the product's current value.
  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrectly delivered.

Exclusions – Non-Returnable Items

Please choose carefully, as change-of-mind returns are not accepted for the following products:

  • Made-to-order items
  • Framed Prints
  • Fragrances and beauty products, including:
    • Perfumes
    • Hand & Body Wash, Shower Gel, Body Bath
    • Hand Cream, Body Lotion, Face & Body Cream
  • Hygiene-sensitive items, such as:
    • Swimwear, earrings, and hosiery (unless faulty or incorrectly delivered)

Return Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for a return, the item must:

  • Be unused and in its original, undamaged packaging.
  • Be packed securely for return shipping to prevent damage. Any items returned in unsatisfactory condition may incur a handling fee, deducted from the refund amount.
  • For health and hygiene reasons, packaging must remain sealed. Opened items cannot be accepted for return.
  • When trying on clothing, ensure no fragrance, makeup, or deodorant is transferred onto the item.

Incorrect Deliveries

If you receive an incorrect item, Italian Luxury Group will arrange pickup and replacement at no additional cost.

Proof of Purchase

All returns, refunds, exchanges, or repair requests must be accompanied by valid proof of purchase from ItalianLuxuryGroup.com.au.

Damaged or Faulty Items

We stand by the quality of our products and comply with Australian Consumer Law. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact Customer Service within 10 days of delivery.

To process your claim, provide:

  • Clear digital photos of the damaged item.
  • Photos of internal and external packaging.
  • Your order number from the confirmation email.
  • Your contact details (email & phone number).

We will make every effort to replace faulty items promptly. If the outer packaging is extensively damaged upon arrival, please refuse the delivery, take photos as proof, and contact us immediately.

Exclusions for Faulty Item Claims:
We do not offer refunds or replacements if the item has become faulty due to:

  • Normal wear and tear.
  • Misuse or failure to follow manufacturer instructions.
  • Damage caused by improper use or lack of reasonable care.

Proof of Pickup for Returns

To confirm a return collection, we may require:

  • CCTV footage or photographic evidence of the pickup.
  • A signed pickup manifest from the driver.
  • Vehicle registration details, driver name, and collection time.
